Notwithstanding anything contained in section 48 or 49, if a person has passed the statute of limitations as a result of fraud, fraud, forgery or conspiracy or any other similar reason, or without being in a position to know that any act has been done secretly, within ninety days from the date of knowing such thing, he shall mention the same. If he comes to file a complaint, the court shall register such a complaint subject to this paragraph.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), in the case of Nepal government, state government, local level or any organized organization, the date on which the complaint is to be made to the relevant office of such government or level or such organization shall be considered as the date of notification.
